Thank you for shopping at Isekai Style. We truly appreciate your support for our brand. Every piece we create is inspired by anime culture and crafted with care, but we understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected.

In such cases, we’ve kept our return and refund process simple and transparent. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below, which are designed to keep things fair for both you and us

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns are accepted only for:

    • Wrong product/size shipped by us.

    • Defective or damaged product received.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products bought during sale/discounts (unless defective).

  • Items showing signs of wear, wash, or intentional damage.

  • Products without tags or original packaging.

3. Exchanges

  • If it’s our mistake (wrong product/size shipped):

    • We will arrange an exchange at no cost.

    • If the correct size/product is not available, you may opt for a full refund after return inspection.

  • If it’s customer’s mistake (wrong size ordered):

    • Exchange is possible only if the requested size is in stock.

    • Customer must pay ₹100 courier charge for reverse pickup + reshipment.

    • If the size is unavailable, the order cannot be exchanged/refunded.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Refund methods:

    • Original payment method (if eligible).

    • Store credit / discount coupon (in some cases).

  • Refunds usually take 7–10 business days after approval.

Tax Information: We are a newly established small business and are currently not registered under GST. All prices displayed are final and inclusive of all applicable charges. You will not be charged any additional tax at checkout.
